Fioretto is Tokita's long-stemmed cauliflower, selected for sweet stems and consistent elongation across a range of maturities. We now offer 60-, 70-, 75-, 80- and 85-day varieties of Fioretto so that growers can plant at once and harvest over a longer window.

Murasaki Fioretto, the purple complement to the original Fioretto cauliflower, is available now in small quantities through the Oishii Nippon Project. It is available as a 70-day or 80-day variety.​
